Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please 1-5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email or Facebook messenger. To get your tracking number, simply send us a message through Facebook or email us at support@briminnovations.com and we will have it sent to you. If you did not receive any updates on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Please allow up to 6 days for your order to processed, and an additional 2 days to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take about 7-15 days. For International orders, please allow up to 4 weeks (estimated, not 100% assured)

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: Do you provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

A: Visit our refund policy for complete details. If you have any additional questions that have not been addressed in our FAQ, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

 

FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in Asia by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS. Please advise this shipping method will generally take approximately two weeks, and may take up to five weeks (depending on your domestic/local shipping services). Please bear in mind these transit times are all estimates and may vary depending on global events/delays. 

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

(YOUR BRAND NAME HERE) are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Shipping 
To return your product, contact support with your order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Standard Shipping orders take an estimate of 7-15 days in transit for most countries (US, UK, Canada, Australia & Europe). Free Economy Shipping may take up to 5 weeks in transit. Please bear in mind these transit times are all estimates and may vary depending on global events/delays. 

*If your order does not arrive within 32 business days upon departure from it's origin country, and this is confirmed via tracking, we will provide you with a full refund of the order value. If your order has not arrived within this maximum shipping time frame, please contact customer support at support@briminnovations.com with your order # and address.
